Return & Refund Policy โ€“ TrendUp

At TrendUp, customer satisfaction is our priority. While we donโ€™t handle shipping directly (products are shipped from our partner warehouses), we ensure your concerns are resolved quickly and fairly.


๐Ÿ•’ Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item, but please ensure the product is:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In original packaging with tags

  • With valid proof of purchase (order ID or invoice)


๐Ÿ“ฆ Return Request Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at trendup0702@gmail.com with your order ID and the reason for return (including clear photos/videos of the issue if the product is damaged or incorrect).

  2. Our support team will verify the issue with the supplier and respond within 48 hours.

  3. Once approved, we will share return instructions. Do not send back any product without confirmation.


โŒ Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling

  • Items marked as โ€œFinal Saleโ€ or discounted

  • Personal care items, perishables, customized products

  • Unboxing without video (if damage claim is made)


๐Ÿ” Replacements & Exchanges

If the item is defective, damaged, or wrong, we will offer a replacement at no extra cost upon valid proof (video at delivery/unboxing). Exchange for a different item is currently not supported due to logistics limitations.


๐Ÿ’ธ Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • Youโ€™ll receive a full refund to your original payment method within 7โ€“10 business days

  • COD orders will be refunded via UPI or bank transfer

  • If not received after 15 days, please contact us


๐Ÿ“ Return Address

We use third-party logistics through our suppliers, so return addresses may vary. Please contact us first before returning any product to avoid package rejection.
